Harvest Feast Dinner

Featuring local farm-to-table foods,
prepared by chef Mark Beacock of Wendy's Country Foods.
Appetizer: Cheese & charcuterie board, and fresh breads
Soup: Gazpacho, featuring local heritage tomatoes
Salad: Selection of seasonal greens
Main Course: An array of sausages, roasted over open fire (wild boar, water buffalo, pork, beef, turkey, venison), served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables including corn
Dessert: Surprise, featuring local fresh fruits
Price $25.00 per person by August 17th, or $35 at the door.
BYOB (Seating, dinnerware and glassware provided.)
This is a five course sit-down meal. Older children are welcome but there are no menu choices.
Advance purchase strongly encouraged.
